Interviewed for approximately 1 hour with HR.
Interview scheduled with Chief Impact Officer... it was cancelled within one hour of the interview do to medical reasons. Scheduled a PI Assessment, HR rescheduled the CIO interview that was once again canceled (day of). Finally had interview with CIO. It was confusing, unorganized, and haphazard. Quite frankly, she was distracted. I followed up with a thank you and reflections. I was told HR would be in touch. I reached out 2 weeks later to HR and CIO but never received a response or reply. It’s been 6 weeks. I’ve been ghosted.
I expected better of you, Per Scholas.
You told me that you move fast and wanted to know if I could keep up with the pace of managing and leading across multiple states. I can and I have the track record and references to prove it. But I also know that when you don’t follow up with candidates (as you said you would). That you are moving too fast and getting sloppy... it’s rude. There is zero excuse.
