You have to be able to slowly learn to do everything. Hours can vary from manageable to apocalyptic . If someone quits or calls out you're gonna have to put your nose to the grinds until undisclosed amount of time till they return or are replaced. There is Alway's work to do. Workdays go by very fast

Spoke over the phone first which lead to an in person interview. It was an overall great interview process. Was shown around the shop and spoke about process, policy and expectations.
