The situation, task, action, result (STAR) format was used for the interview process. It was an average interview process with people involved from management and human resources. The interview lasted around an hour.

Entretien
There were a couple people that interviewed me at one time. There were a couple managers, their boss, and an HR person. The HR person asked most of the questions and they were mostly behavioral questions.

Entretien
The interview was 1 hour virtually with all of the Project Managers. They asked general behavioral questions, but nothing was too difficult. You will have time at the end to answer questions.
