I went through three rounds of interviews with them, the process started off pretty well. The conversations were solid, and I was interested in the role.
But after the third interview, I never heard back. I followed up twice over email and even tried calling the recruiter once, just to see if there were any updates. No response at all.
I understand not getting an offer, but completely ghosting a candidate after three rounds is frustrating and honestly pretty unprofessional. At that point, you’ve invested a lot of time and effort, and the least a company can do is close the loop with a quick update. Overall, it came across as a lack of basic respect for candidates.
