Entretien
A recruiter reaches out and does an initial phone screen. They will then send an invite for a hiring event where multiple candidates are being interviewed and you go through different supervisors. The same recruiter will then reach back out to you when the supervisors have made their decisions after the interviews.
Consecutive interviews with pairs of interviewees. Took around two hours and was asked basically the same questions each round. Started with basic reading questions and basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and then a microscope test.
