HR took forever to get back to me with an interview date. I ended up being interviewed twice by 3-4 people each time, spending a total of 4 hours at the facility. When I asked how each interviewer felt about the company, no matter how many years they were employed, I was given the same cookie cutter answer. I felt like I was given a spiel versus getting a genuine assessment of the company. When I asked what the position would require of me, everyone said they didn't know. It was definitely an interesting experience, to say the least.
