Entretien
First there is a phone interview followed by a Hiring manager interview. Then three Panel interviews and finally Plant manager interview. Try to use the STAR format when answering every question. It takes a little over a month depending on how many candidates.

Interview process started with a phone screening with HR, asking a few questions provided by hiring manager. Next step involved a phone interview with hiring manager, regarding skills and experience on resume. Third round interview included 30 minutes interviews with team members and management about, including behavioral based questions, and a tour of facility.

Hiring manager did not show up, was only the recruiter. Interview had very little substance and it took two weeks to hear back from even that, very disrespectful and unprofessional
