Interviewed by a professional. He did not know the details of the position he was interviewing . Seemed like he was just reading down a list and tried to steer some of my answers in another direction.

Applied online, received 2 phone interviews (HR then hiring manager). The two calls were based around my background, what I had done and what I want to do. 2 site visit meet and greets after, meeting 3 people total. Two separate visit to make those interviews.

Pretty standard: Tell me about your past experience, who have you dealt with as far as end users, name a time you had a mad customer and how did you deal, name a time you had great success, etc. Plus a personality quiz
Hiring and interview process was weak as it seemed they gathered a bunch of people that did not know what I was there for and much was talked about but the my qualifications for the position
