I had one phone interview with the recruiter beginning of last week. She was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. She asked questions about my resume (previous experience and education). Also, asked why I wanted to work for Penske and what all did I know about the company? After, I had to do a personality survey that was emailed to me. Then, I had an interview with the district manager end of last week she also was really chill and delightful, yet all business. I'm telling you the level of the professionals with this company is legendary. Even while I was waiting for my interview there was another manager casually talking to me about my experience and education. I was asked situational questions and examples of how I handled each one. Prior employment review, knowledge about the company, my strengths, my weaknesses, what would my peers say good about me, and what are my areas of improvement? At the end she freed the floor for me to ask questions; which she answered every question. She told me she'd like me to interview with her superiors. Shockingly the beginning of the following week (this week) I was offered the job, and was told she's done so well for Penske that her supervisors trust her decision! Of course I gladly accepted, and extremely anxious to start!
