I was notified about the interview via phone call after about 3 weeks after applying, pretty quick in my opinion. I was told to dress "business casual." The interview itself was panel style with a variety of managers and a HR person. They asked some typical questions, but a couple of curve balls as well. But, it wasn't a negative experience. It was actually a nice opportunity to get a feel for the culture and my potential co-workers attitudes. After about a week I was notified that I had secured the position.
