It was a timed video interview to do on my own, recording my answers on a platform. Questions appeared on screen; I had 30 seconds to think about an answer then it would start recording me for up to 3 minutes before moving on to the next question. About 8 in total.

The process was very quick and easy. I was offered an interview 4 days after applying, then asked back for a second interview 4 days later. It then took a couple of weeks until I was told of their decision. The interviewers were very friendly and put me at ease to be able to answer to the best of my ability.
