Pendo contacted me hours after I submitted my resume and set up a phone interview for the next day. During the interview, the hiring manager and I both realized that I was overqualified for the position. She was very professional and we ended the conversation pleasantly. I am writing this review because I have seen some negative interview experiences here. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that Pendo is growing at such a rapid rate and experiencing growth pain. While it is no excuse for bad interview experience, I do hope that my insight can somehow help one set expectations (for better or worse) because in my opinion, Pendo is still a very good place to be in terms of work culture, industry, and potential career growth.
