The process was wonderful, the office was inviting. You can tell that the staff enjoys fun but also everyone is hard at work. I did not feel awkward at any time, it flowed very well and naturally.

Entretien
Phone interview of about 15 mins. and then invited to come in for one on one with owner. No information about the position was offered or discussed during the interview. Owner did not ask any questions about my past job experience or achievements. Did not give informative answers to any question I asked. I couldn't wait to get out of there - obviously not a good fit for me. Interviewer had to cut the interview short (30 mins) to go to another meeting he was late for.

Owner/interviewer wanted to know biggest achievement in high school, college, etc. Never questioned about my qualifications for job, resume or current achievements. I was not given more information about the position or much time for questions.
