Great communication throughout the entire process from the recruiter. There were multiple panel interviews based around core values of the company. The process was pretty expedient which is a great for candidate experience

First interview is getting to know you and the company. The second interview is very structured, asking questions about scenarios and instances when you had to do something. Questions were in regard to how you would act or how you did act, depending on if it is a scenario or framing an actual happening.
