Applied online. Recieved an email the next day from the Sales Manager to come in for an Interview. After the interview with the Sales Manager you interview with the District Sales Manager. Hear back within a week from HR. Do backround check then start within two weeks.

Why Peloton? This is a sales environment do you think you can sell? What is your weakness? What do you know of Peloton? Why are you leaving your other company? Where did you hear about Peloton. Do you exercise? Do you have friends that own a Peloton?

they sit you down ask you questions. the questions are easy and not that difficult. they may be dressed in gym attire but you should definitely dress business casual. We interviewed in a mall setting, we were not in an office setting. it was pretty relaxed.

first interview was via zoom with Store Manager, 2nd interview via zoom with Regional (very brief). Felt relaxed. Mainly want to see if you can carry a conversation/what your personality is like.

Was over a year ago so I don’t recall specific questions, but they will still hire you if you don’t have specific sales experience. If you have been a server, use that to your advantage as you learn how to talk to anyone
