I sent my resume through an employment agency. They arranged a personal Interview. There was no previous interview over the phone. Interview was a personal interview (one on one). The first interview was with the owner and second interview with all team members. In both interviews questions were related mostly to describe previous job functions. Both Interviews were around 30-50 minutes long. Nobody asked any kind of technical questions. In general was easy to answer their inquiries. After that I wait a couple of day for their approval.
