Interview was a HR screening followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager.
Final stage was a Panel presentation (about a project you have delivered) at their offices followed by a Q&A and competency based interview. For the presentation a brief is given and the HR lead gave guidance and direction. In spite of this I was told the presentation wasn't what they wanted.
Feedback was quick however I was told I would know the outcome before the weekend but did not as the HR rep left early which I found very unprofessional. Not much clear feedback was given as to why I was not given the role but I was told that in spite of not receiving an offer I had presented the best Powerpoint deck they had ever seen in their lives?
The Panel was not very warm or inviting during the final interview which dampened my interest in the company anyhow.

Very positive experience. All the people that I had my interview with were very pleasant and enthusiastic about the company, culture and their jobs.

Entretien
HR screening call followed by a call with the hiring manager; then a panel interview including a presentaton. A verbal offer was made at the end of the final interview with a senior manager and the hiring manager.
