J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pegasus Residential (Alpharetta, GA) en avr. 2019
Entretien
I met with four people of various tenure and responsibilities at the corporate office, had lengthy conversations where they talked a lot about how they were looking for the right personality and how the training would be extensive once the position began. They touted what a great work environment it was, then I was presented with a tedious written exam that was loaded with residential-specific accounting one would expect to know AFTER the extensive training they touted.
One of the people I met with was very high up and started off friendly, then almost became threatening about employees being accepting of diversity, then became friendly again. I felt kind of perplexed by his approach--like he did not seem to realize my own orientation and assumed I was going to be a problem. Later the others laughed it off and said "he does that with everyone." I found it a little presumptuous and rude.
I left feeling very good about my chances of being hired. I followed up with an email thanking the hiring manager for the interview and I never heard another word from any of them again--not even a "thanks but get lost" email. Looking back they seemed very cliquey and not anxious to bring in new people at all.

Basic questions about experience, then a fairly detailed written exam.

Entretien
Interviewed with 3 people separately. Each of them spent a good bit of time describing the atmosphere at their office and how important it is to find people who are comfortable working in that environment. It is not the ordinary/quiet/professional kind of place. The importance of meeting deadlines was emphasized.
