I had a phone screening with an HR rep followed by an onsite interview. The first half of the interview went fine but the second half went down hill. The person with whom I'd be working did not take the interview seriously and laughed and joked with the HR rep throughout. It became quite clear that I was not going to get the job. I sent a follow up email a few weeks later and did not get a response. The whole interview was a huge waste of time and completely unprofessional.
