Positive HR screening led to multiple rescheduled phone interviews that no one bothered to call to inform they wouldn’t be able to attend. Finally, after 3 weeks of wasting my time, I was emailed that there is no position that matches my skill set. Worst recruitment experience ever. Totally unprofessional and zero respect for the candidate’s time. I cringe to think what working there would be like.

Took over a month for a response. A month later I received an email asking about a "brief" phone interview. I gave a couple times for morning and a couple times for afternoon. Recruiter selected a late afternoon for the following day. On the day of interview, 15 minutes before interview, recruiter called me to cancel because she had a meeting to go to. She offered me a time the following day that was NOT one of the times I mentioned. I went along with it because I just wanted to get it out of the way. The recruiter ended up calling me later than the time she was supposed to and kept me on the phone for "brief" 30 minute interview. After going over my resume while I was on the phone, she asked me if I had any manager experience. I said I had experience hiring, firing, conducting annual reviews, enforcing policies, etc. After I explained that to her she emphasized No, MA-NA-GER experience. I said, "You mean did I ever own the title of a Manager? No, I cant say that I have." Anyways, it ended with "I'm going to forward your resume and information to the hiring manager." One of the WORST experiences with an interview process and recruiter. Never received a call...waste of time.
