Team Lead | this was never clear. I attended 2 interviews and was given great feedback and that I’d be told of next steps soon. Generic, lazy questions without much originality were asked (tell me about a time…). Virtually no leadership questions were asked nor did the job description match the types of questions asked. Interviewers were unprepared and had to reframe questions as they weren’t confident in how they asked the questions. Very clunky. One of the interviewers stated they love working in a call center (red flag if you’ve ever worked in a call center and know what that environment is like). Salary is a form $45k (your experience level does not matter).
Inventory Specialist | first interview was similar to the lead position (both pay the same terrible salary of $45k regardless of experience which was the first red flag). One of the interviewers actually told me she doesn’t like doing interviews, lol. Professionalism 101. They also gave great feedback and told me the next interview would consist of a shadow session. Never happened. I got a rejection letter from one of the interviewers telling me they thought I’d be a better fit for the lead position. One of the leads also sent me a link to apply for another lead position. This company will lead you on and completely waste your time rather than tell you they just don’t know what they’re looking for nor how to interview properly.
Overall: this is just another “we’re cool, come work with us, bro” company, lol. It’s run by leadership that will waste your time and have no idea how to properly interview (I think so many companies think candidates are so hard-pressed for jobs that companies don't even bother preparing proper interview questions). They’re not interested in paying a living wage, your experience does not matter (I have 8 years of lead and support experience), and they enjoy leading you on. The benefits are standard and nothing special. Just your typical “cool” company who has no business running a business nevertheless interviewing anyone. Stay away and keep applying elsewhere where your time will be appreciated and you can earn a livable wage.
