Entretien
First meeting with a recruiter and then one with the hiring manager. After the hiring manager I had to do a mock discovery call. It was nice to be able to pretend to be a rep for a previous company that I sold for. After the discovery call I met with another leader that was very conversational. Finally met with the managing director for North America- again very conversational. The whole process took 2 weeks and lots of communication from the recruiter.

Entretien
Very standard interview. Recruiter, Manager, Role Play, and CRO. What was nice about the role play is you could tailor it to whatever company you wanted too, it did not have to revolve around EOR.
