Extensive interview process as they were very thorough on who their candidates are. A quick 20 min phone interview with HR, then an hour interview with the hiring manager and HR. Had to complete a project and then once that was reviewed had to come in for a final interview with three other members of the team to gauge all aspects of Velocity Global's values.
