I had an initial phone screen, which ended up being the best part of the process - the man I spoke to was very friendly and direct. Then I had an interview with by two people over Teams. I was given some time to complete an interview task, which I then had to talk them through. They asked common questions about previous experience and why I wanted the job.

Submitted through the website, then first interview with one person from HR and HOD. Second interview with HOD and publisher, also practical test required. The test involved the review of a manuscript.
