I submitted my resume and a recruiter scheduled an interview with the District Manager who would be my boss if I got the position. It was one of the strangest interviews I ever had. I've interviewed with Pearson before a couple of years earlier and it was significantly different than this one. The manager had absolutely no response to anything I said and didn't allow me the opportunity to ask questions about the company.
