A two step interview process one interview over the phone the second interview on zoom virtual interview, the process went smoothly I honestly prefer virtual interviews over in person, there more of a comfortable feeling when being interviewed

this interview was through a recruiter, got a call, they set up a video interview, took about a week. Two people interviewed me. Very nice people, did not ask very tough questions, had to role play as an admission advisor. The interview went well. They said will contact the recruiter, let me see if I get the offer.

Tell me how would you handle an angry customer.
How would you build rapport with a customer. They asked a lot of tricky questions.
I feel so confused, the HR has sent me an email about an interview, which should be phone interview. And I did NOT received a call at all. I sent another email to ask if they still want to interview and if we can reschedule another time. And we agree and set another time, the HR had rescheduled the time three times, and I still did not get anything, a call, an email. nothing.
I don't understand why you schedule an interview and reschedule for three times. and in the end you did not call.
