I applied online and received a phone call from the recruiter the next day. We scheduled the interview a couple weeks out due to my schedule. The interview was in panel form and all members were courteous and professional. The expectations set by the recruiter turned out to be different than the job responsibilities revealed during the interview. I rescinded my application after the interview.

They use the STAR method. The biggest thing that is sought for is your behaviors exhibited in the scenarios given. If you are familiar with the STAR method, there aren't any surprises when it comes to the questions.

They provided me with the skills we would focus on before hand and asked me to have examples provided. Big fans of the STAR method. And do ask question based on your responses.
