Did not even have to interview. You have to wait until they open an application for orientation (I think typically around the 14th of the month) then apply to that listing. I think orientations are always around the 25th of the month. Once I attended this orientation and had a meeting with HR (not an interview literally just handing in my I-9 documents to be scanned) and got my fingerprinting results back I was able to start picking up jobs.
