Applied online, received a call for an in person interview. The interview was set when the office opened, so I had to wait until someone walked out. The staff was in the office, I was greeted after standing for a few moments behind a staff member. The interviewee was not dressed professionally at all (Extremely casual dressed, not business attire), which was very disappointing as it presents them as having a lack of care for the role and office. The interview felt forced as the interviewee read straight from the packet. After learning the details of the position, I was no longer interested. However, the first impression was not a good start.
