Gave me multiple tests to go through, writing code, how I would react in a scenario then just ended up ghosting me, with the last thing I was told was that they had to delay the job for a few weeks because they needed to hire a senior first. If an applicant spends hours going through forms for a company, then that company should at least tell the applicant that either they were unsuccessful, or they are no longer hiring for the job, not just make me go through hoops to ignore me.
