Phone call interview. Asked about my experience in the labratory and testing process. How I got into the field of Biomedical Engineering and where I saw myself in the next 10 years.

The interview process consists of a phone call to gauge candidate's experience and interest, followed by an onsite interview with 3~5 different interviewers. In my case, i had 2 behavioral interviews (1 with my to-be manager and 1 with an engineer from another department) and 1 technical interview with a biomedical engineer. The technical interview is more like a test, where they walk you through the process of using one of their testing machines and test you on your ability to retain information and follow instructions.
