Truly appreciate the recruitment process that Paysafe implements. I was continuously reminded that I was also in the position of assessing whether Paysafe would be a good fit for me; essentially that the interview process wasn't one-sided. Overall, I went through three stages of the interview process: the preliminary phone screening with the head of recruitment; a virtual Zoom interview with the hiring manager; and a final Zoom interview with the hiring manager and the SVP of Communications.
