Phone screening was simple and effective. Discussed skills and had the opportunity to ask my own questions about company culture and role requirements as well as expected tasks and workload. Was asked questions about my ability to work on a computer for a full working day, whether or not I was comfortable with data entry and a strong emphasis on repetitive tasks.
