3 stages. #1 - phone interview with HR to make sure our values matched. #2 - meeting with none-technical Director to talk about the work involved and go through my work history. He also was judging my character. #3 - Technical interview with a Java developer and a QA tester. Questions were standard. One puzzle to solve (I got it). One java coding example - was simple a junior java developer could pass it.
