I had applied for the role in February 2018 and I received a phone call in March 2018 for a phone screening interview. The interview was 30 min long and asked general question about my work related experience, my values and skills. The HR recruiter was really nice and I had high hopes for this so called " reputable organization" until i was told that the hiring manager would get in contact with me " within a week".... after I did not hear back within that week, i decided to contact HR for a follow up, and I was told that the hiring manager has not given then any clear instructions yet, that they will follow back with me. 6 weeks later i receive a notice that i was disqualified as the hiring manger found a more suitable candidate... LOL... really 6 weeks? I had already accepted an offer anyways... One thing for sure i can say, if it took 6 weeks for a decision to be made, you could imagine the level of difficulty that it would take to get things done at this organization. Seems like nobody knows what is going on and no there are no clear guidelines, i am surprised they are still operating. I want to wish Paysafe a "good luck" finding and retaining talent, organizations that have a slow decision making process, will simply miss on opportunity.
