The interview process was exhaustively long (7 rounds of zoom interviews) plus 2 online tests. And this was discarding the time from the initial interest. The whole process spanned about 2.5 months with complete radio silence at times. The interviewers were friendly. This was a senior role in a new market for them and perhaps this is why they were a bit confused with what they were looking for. I just got a short mail saying they were going ahead with someone else after 9 rounds of interviews with literally everyone bar the global CEO. They could have handled that a bit better.
