They sent me a link with a video interview. the questions were live with a system in which I was answering and being recorded without the possibility of stopping. After sending the video I never received any kind of feedback. I did not know if they received the video, if they saw it, nothing. I felt really overwhelmed and disrespected.

Totaly a waste of time, you come there and need to spend more than 3 hours for just to see a presentetion of the company services. There were my candidates at the same time, they always will prefer a native English speaker, even if they have no experience.
