Complete waste of time with them!
First of all, there was a clear lack of professionalism during the whole process.
The HR department calls you at any random time without notice or scheduling some time to interview prior to calling.
Two separate interviews with the hiring managers, made through video call as they were both based outside the UK, followed by a face to face with two team members in the office.
Last step was a short assignment.
After passing all the rounds of interviews I gave my references and were told that everyone was happy. The HR went away for a week and asked me to hold off until they were back. Upon their return, they called me to let me know that they were moving on with a candidate that had more experience in the financial industry.

Totaly a waste of time, you come there and need to spend more than 3 hours for just to see a presentetion of the company services. There were my candidates at the same time, they always will prefer a native English speaker, even if they have no experience.
