The interview process at Paymentus was well-structured and professional. The recruiters and interviewers were friendly, clear in communication, and respectful of time. I had a phone screen followed by a technical interview and a cultural fit discussion. The overall experience felt supportive rather than stressful, and I appreciated how transparent they were about the role and expectations. It was a smooth process that left a positive impression.

They asked me to explain a challenging project I worked on and how I approached solving problems during development. I walked them through the design choices, technologies used, and the final outcome.

Entretien
An HR call followed by an interview with the director of production. Should be an on site interview after director interview . The whole process felt quite not transparent. The second round the interviewer was not really focused on the interview
