Got a response quickly after submitting resume, in response for job posted on their website. HR interview lasted about half hour - mostly behavioral questions. Also asked, why do you want to work here and what do you know about us. Second interview followed with 2 directors. Was straight forward interview and I was very qualified for the job and I felt i did well. Took about a week to get a response ( that's what they had said right at the start) but did not get offer. There is always a better fit or better suited person. They were very gracious in all engagements.
