The interview process was 4 or 5 steps. The talks are always casual and they make you feel comfortable, they try to be very clear with what to expect and all communications happen quickly and with plenty of detail. Questions are tailored to the position, java related questions, some generic programming questions, some behavioural questions. The coding exercise is at home test that you have a week to complete but there is a timer so make sure you have enough time to focus on it, 2 hours or so. The one thing might need improvement is the post offer timeline. It takes lots of time for background checks and the onboarding partners take a bit of time to reply to your questions. I guess be patient, in the background progress is happening.
