I don't believe I had the best interview, but I don't think the HR screener was great either. He didn't seem to have many insightful questions and even admitted to not knowing much about the role - excusing it by saying they tell him enough but not enough to be dangerous. Either way, I tried to create a rapport or hoped he would engage with my work experience or what I did. He then suggested I could be good for the current role or another role and that he'd send me details after the call, then nothing. No follow-up, no explanation of the roles.
