A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screening. She included a link to pick the date and time and I did so. I received an email confirming the interview. I logged into the Zoom meeting five minutes prior to the scheduled time, and no one ever showed up. I waited half an hour before having to drop off. I emailed the recruiter to let her know I had been waiting and would like to reschedule. I received an out of office response; she was off the day that our interview was scheduled and confirmed for. I never received a response to my email other than that. I didn't pursue it further as the experience did not leave a very favorable impression.
