I was contacted pretty quickly and scheduled an interview with the recruiter. She and I had a really good conversation where I was told to provide her with some dates for the following week so she could schedule an interview with the hiring manager (I believe). I sent her my availability as requested the same day and then crickets. No courtesy "thank you, no thank you" email that an ATS will send out automatically, just an "I had no respect for your time or you" no response to an additional email asking her to update me so I could scratch the position if it weren't a fit. We're all professional adults - respect is so important and it makes Paylocity look bad.
