I applied online and was sent a link from a recruiter to schedule an interview. The initial interview was supposed to be a phone interview, but the recruiter never called. I waited 25-30 mins before emailing the recruiter to see if everything was okay or if the interview needed to be rescheduled. Never heard back. Very unprofessional. My time is valuable as well.
