The interviews were relatively easy going, and the people were easy to get along with; however, there were so many steps that proved to be very frustrating. Along the entire process, I was told I was the top candidate, the interviews were getting great feedback, and then I did the role play presentation. I spent many hours preparing for this role play, and admittedly did not do my best, but their feedback immediately after was relatively positive and they said I did a good job and could tell I did my work. Then I went over 24 hours without hearing back, but when I finally did get feedback, it was the opposite of what they said after my role play. They stated a few reasons why they had concerns, more of them seem to be their lack of confidence in their management abilities and training and development. None of their concerns made any sense, and instead of hiring someone else, they're leaving the position open, in a state where they will have very few candidates to choose from.

Very vague questions. Interviewer wouldn’t openly share the requirements of the role or what made them reach out to me on LinkedIn about meeting. Sent a follow up email after the interview and never heard back again.
