Interviewer was very friendly and the whole process felt very comfortable. The flow of the interview felt more like a conversation; the interviewer would ask questions in response to my answers and built a genuine conversation rather than moving quickly through questions.

The interview was hybrid. Done at first through phone and video, then onsite. Really great interaction and it was very casual. The conversation was focused on it being a fit in both directions. They seemed to have great culture and they seemed to just want to get to know you.

Entretien
I received an email expressing that they were interested. The email asked me to select a date and time to set up a phone interview. On the day of the phone interview, the recruiter called extremely late to conduct the interview. The interviewer was not friendly at all. Finally, they made a decision while on the phone. It would have been helpful if the interviewer had reviewed my resume before asking me to do a phone interview. This would have saved us both time.
