Thorough interviews including phone, in person, and 2 case studies. One case study was individual and one was group. Behavioral individual interviews both over the phone and in person. Very friendly treatment and gave good sense of the company culture and program expectations

Pretty basic behavioral interview for round 1. Round 2 consisted of a pre-interview day, along with a virtual interview day including an individual behavioral interview, individual case interview, and group case interview. About 10 hours worth of interviews total, so if you aren't 100% sure if you're interested in the position, it's probably not worth the time commitment to go through the whole process (taking into account interviews, preparation time, etc.)

There was a 30-minute on-campus interview which was followed by an on-site 2-day interview. The on-site interview consisted of information sessions, networking events, behavioral interview, individual case, and group case.
