Entretien
Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, Chelsey. After that was given a coding challenge to complete over the next week. The coding challenge is deliberately vague so be sure to do more than the bare minimum. After that had a video interview with two engineers to review the coding challenge. After that had a final call with Diane, director of software development, and then received an offer. It was made clear that Paylocity does not negotiate after an offer is extended so be sure to set any compensation requirements before receiving the offer.
BTW the entire process was remote, but I apparently have to specify a city in this review.

Entretien
First round was a Hiring Manager round in which he asked about tech stack, and more about the way of working. Nothing technical, just process related questions. I felt like he was more interested in tools and technologies used.

Entretien
The first round was a Recruiter screen, Second was an at-home technical challenge, which had 30 minutes to complete 20 questions (mostly multiple choice) about C# language-specific syntax. Very strange technical test. Definitely more suited to those who may have just completed a bootcamp or recently read a textbook.
