I never had an interview! Normally how it is suppose to happen is you apply online and then you are to have an interview with the store manager, then have an phone interview with the district manager of that area! My advice to who ever applies in time is dress the part! Dress nice and sharp because the district manager looks at you appearance from a customer stand point and also talk like to know what you are talking about! Learn as much knoweledge about the business as you can! Impress the interviewer!

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
